TAKE THAT BREAK AND EXPLORE THE WORLD!

For the past few weeks, there have been conversations on career people taking breaks, the importance of holidays, and how they keep you refreshed.

Fun fact; not only career people deserve breaks, stay at home parents need breaks, students also need breaks, everyone needs a break to see the world differently.

You are probably thinking, “oh, I’ve been working on this thing, and it’s not coming through” maybe a vacation is all you need to get that fresh idea.

Or maybe your leave is coming soon and you don’t know what to do with that period; this is for you!

Before I continue, I hope you are ready to start planning your trip, because that trip you’ve been stalling must happen soon!

Not everyone wants to travel and still experience the hustling and bustling cities, especially if you live in Lagos (*no shade*). If you are in that category, tropical destinations like The Maldives, Seychelles, Zanzibar and Kenya are the best for you. You would get to chill by the oceans, have sandy toes and explore the best of nature.

MALDIVES

SEYCHELLES

ZANZIBAR

KENYA

With the increase in switch to remote jobs, there are many questions on “can I travel and still work?” The answer is yes! In fact, you can travel, work and have plenty funnnn.

As a remote worker, you should consider countries with close time zones like Rwanda, Senegal, Gambia and Dubai. You don’t want to get lost in time differences.

RWANDA

SENEGAL

GAMBIA

DUBAI

For people like me that want to jump from one party to another, you want to experience the bustling side of another country, you should visit New York, Japan, Miami, Barcelona, Ios,

I know sometimes we have tight budgets, but tight budgets don’t mean you can’t have fun and relax. Have you thought about beach resorts in Nigeria? There are fantastic beach resorts that can fit your budget. Take a look at Sail Harbour, La Campagne, Jara beach resort, Ibom hotel & resort.

SAIL HARBOUR

LA CAMPAGNE TROPICANA

JARA BEACH RESORT

IBOM HOTEL & RESORT

Okay, you live and work in Lagos and a break in this chaotic Lagos wouldn’t cut it for you. There are fantastic places in Abuja, Akwa Ibom, Ondo, and Port Harcourt.

I can’t wait to see you take that break, visit that destination you have been eyeing and have the best time of your life.
